This B&B was far better than any other I've been too. The owner's were really friendly and attentive. They let me arrive late, no problem and served me a wonderful, home cooked, vegetarian breakfast!! The external building was old as the hills and the inside had all been renovated and looked very fresh and new. There was even a guest dining area beside the kitchen that was designed like a cafe for visitors. Very nicely done!!
Colin called ahead to confirm check in. Anne can't do enough for you. Nothing is to much. The showers are powerful and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast is cooked to order and air fried for healthy perfection. An absolute gem of a B&B
Hosts were absolutely great! Very friendly and accommodating as I arrived fairly late in the evening and was to leave around 5:30 am, offered a takeaway breakfast and settled up the evening I arrived. Couldn't have been made more welcome! Room was spotless as was the en suite.
Ideally it would be a little closer to town, but the bus stop is only a few hundred yards away, and then around 20 minutes to town. It's near perfect for my requirements, and I don't think I'll be returning to the Holiday Inn (unless they're £20 a night - even then, I reckon I'd pay the extra). Couple of food/drink options within a 10 minute work. Bob-on. Colin's breakfast also hits the spot. Mind you, don't forget the day job, Colin, and get the electrics sorted!
Warm welcome. Large spacious room with tea and coffee facilities, ensuite shower/bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. Owners super friendly. Highly recommended....Will be looking to book again for next year.

A fantastic place to stay. Anne and Colin are wonderful hosts and make u feel at ease right away. Clean,comfortable rooms. Showers are suitable for the larger person you don't have to squeeze into them. A huge choice of cereals for breakfast as well as a cooked one. Great value for money. Looking forward to coming back next year.
Just had a 1 night stay here. The host was lovely really welcoming and looked after us well. The room was huge , large ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee facilities. We could choose what time we wanted breakfast ( up until 11am which is really unusual) so we didn't feel rushed . The breakfast was 100% perfect. The building is a lovely pretty listed building . Really enjoyed our chilled out stay. Definitely go again .
